Zombie Graveyard Simulator is an action simulator that combines business management with elements of survival horror. By day, you manage a cemetery, handling burials and cremations, and keeping visitors happy with fresh flowers and well-kept graves. Business includes running a chapel for donations and a gift shop selling candles and incense for grieving families. When night falls, the game switches to tower defense and first-person combat as hordes of zombies attack your facility. You’ll build defenses like barbed wire, fences, and automated turrets, and fight first-hand with weapons ranging from pistols and shotguns to your trusty shovel. As the zombie waves get stronger, you’ll unlock more powerful weapons and upgrade your arsenal to deal with specific types of zombies.

The management level involves hiring specialized staff, including florists, gravediggers, gardeners, and technicians, to automate daily operations. You can expand burial areas, upgrade crematorium furnaces, improve water systems, and decorate the area with decorative elements. The farming system allows you to grow flowers for profit and vegetables to restore health, as well as additional options such as turning zombie remains into fertilizer. The game balances resource management, facility expansion, meeting visitor needs, and surviving the night in a unique concept that treats death as both a business opportunity and a constant threat.
